Martyre is a celebrity high end fine jewelry line created by Anwar Hadid. For this brand I came in during the start up phase as a Production Manager to work on establishing a seamless supply chain, production and fulfillment process. This was particularly a unique project as it called for high volume made to order production. I also worked closely with the designer to tweak and modify designs to meet price point needs while not compromising the integrity of the designs.
